Hall Hire

Our hall is available to hire for most uses, it’s located in the heart of Meopham close to Judsons recreation field, Bartellas restaurant and Hook Green. Our hall offers a large amount of parking, green space and both kitchen and toilet facilities. Typically our hall is used for scout and club meetings for all ages, birthday parties and events. You have access to our hall with chairs and tables, kitchen, toilets car park and lawn.

The hall can be hired at the below rates:

• Hourly – £20 per hour
• Half day – £60
• Full Day – £90
• Commercial or long term regular bookings are available from £12.50 per hour (please contact us).

There is no deposit to pay but damages may be chargeable at our discretion.

Yes, the hall is hired in a clean and tidy state and must be left in the same way before you leave. In addition to this, you will need to take any rubbish with you when you leave so please bring some recycling bags or black sacks with you to remove it.

We provide a small amount of toilet roll in our toilets, brooms and dustpans. There may also be cutlery and some crockery available to use in the kitchen. Anything else that you require to serve food and drinks, decorate or clean the hall should be brought with you. Rubbish should be taken with you when you leave.

You will only be able to access the hall for the hours that you book, if you need to setup anything up – please allow enough time in your booking to do so and also when you take it down.

There are some restrictions, these include:

No loud music noise past 11pm, we have great neighbours and don’t want to upset them.

Sorry we can’t accept dogs on site.

Vehicles are not permitted on to the front lawn (not even to setup) – we’ve had numerous vehicles get stuck and remodel the landscape and don’t want you to foot the bill.

Children must be under suitable adult supervision at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse hire to anyone.

Sorry we don’t hire the hall for parties for adults.
